Gorsedd Circle

Gorsedd Circle The Gorsedd Circle is a stone circle in Fishguard, Wales. The Gorsedd Stones are a Welsh tradition of modern stone circles constructed for the National Eisteddfod of Wales. These stone circles can be found at several locations, including Aberdare Park and Anglesey. They are typically 20 metres wide and have 12 stones on the circumference with a level stone in the circle. A further stone is usually set back from the circumference; the central stone is called the Logan Stone. Coordinates 51.996431,-4.975040 Stone Circle  Gorsedd Circle is a typical stone circle but has 13 stones on the circumference with one inset. It was erected in 1936 and has the names of the parishes inscribed on each stone. Ceremony  During the opening ceremony, the Archdruid stands on the Logan Stone facing the Stone of the Covenant. Two stones mark the entrance and are called the Portal Stones. These mar k the midsummer and midwinter sunrises. Gorsedd Circle  (no edit) Archeology7...

Nubian Pyramids

Nubian Pyramids

image in the public domain

Nubian Pyramids are located in the area of the Nile valley known as Nubia.

They were built by the rulers of the ancient Kushite kingdoms. The three kingdoms were Kerma, Napata, and Meroë.
Most pyramids of this kind were built of granite and sandstone.

Coordinates Meroë
16.932797,33.730204

Dimensions
168cms height (ratio÷8=21)
115cms base (ratio÷5=23)

Although this seems like a 5:8 ratio it is actually 5:7.3, proportions are 5/8 and numerically equal to 0.685 which is 0.07 from the √φ were as the ratio base/height 115÷168 is 0.007 away from √φ.
(a ratio of 5:8.09 is equal to √φ)

This suggests a cubit is being used but not directly suggesting that 8.2° is nearer or as numbers a cubit and 8.2.
These ratios in themselves also suggest the cubit as in 5 parts of 23 units for the base and 8 parts of 21 units for the height/slope. As the 8.2 is the angle, it makes sense as the slope. The 8×21 slope is equal to 168 with full height as 184.
The following shows that the perimeter (of Khufu's pyramid) divided by km/degree equals 8.275 and it's height divided by the cubit equals the base of Khufu's (converting the 8.275 into 8×27.5).
A measure of 220 being 36 taller than 184 but 52 taller than 168, this could suggest cubit less than height or cubit base height.

921.2÷111.3194=8.275
8×21=168
8×27.5=220
220×0.523=115.06

(This isn't the same for all with the availability to measure other tombs around Giza recently showing that although some are connected to the cubit, some are in ratios and some connected with the φ).

Conclusion

This is just one of the multitude of pyramids in that area but like the recent availability to gain measurements from other tombs around Giza, it has shown that they varied in the use of the φ or π.

If 220 is 36 taller than 184 but 52 taller than 168, this could suggest a cubit less than height or cubit base height, but also there could have been an object on the peak representing a cubit.

Connecting tombs and other pyramids in the ratios used on Khufu's pyramid would have meant importance. Importance was defined elsewhere as those who used Khufu's pyramid measurements were held in higher esteem.

Bryn Celli Ddu Chambered Tomb

Bryn Celli Ddu Chamber Tomb Bryn Celli Ddu Chambered Tomb is considered a pre historic tomb with some stone carvings. There are also a number of Neolithic stones scattered around the tomb, which are located on the Isle of Anglesey. Br yn Celli Ddu me ans "the mound in the dark grove." The tomb was archaeologically excavated in the 1920s. Coordinates 53.207714,-4.236147 Further monuments: The Bryn Celli Ddu Standing Stone is a short, rounded stone approximately 520 feet away from the Burial Chamber at an angle of 31 degrees to wa rd the southwest. The Tyddyn-Bach Standing Stone is a tall, neolithic stone along with a cleari ng approxi mately 1390 feet away from the Burial Chamber at an angle of 17 degrees toward the northwest. Description B ryn Celli Ddu measures about 90 feet wide but is not a complete circle, with a height of about 9 feet. The entrance opens out toward the northeast and currently measures 39°. Bachwen Dolmen

Bachwen Dolmen The Bachwen Dolmen burial chamber is located near Clynnog-fawr, Caernarfon, Wales. A number of cupmarks exist on the monument, it is notably wedge shaped and with this points out to sea at an angle of 28° towards the northwest. The support stones support this wedge on the sides so are also at 28°, the elevation is 24m. Coordinates 53.018891,-4.375356 Possibilities  There are three possible explanations for this chamber, (1) it is angled so as to align with the Major standstill or (2) it aligns with tilt and angle away for date or (3) two numbers are used and connects with a date. (1) The Major standstill is currently 28.725°, for it to be this, there must be a further stone to give Minor standstill, difference in between or 0.725° as it isn't measurable to that accuracy. (2) More likely it is maximum tilt 20° and 8° tilt for that year. 8÷1.55=5.1613 5.1613×1000=5161.3 5161.3-1985=3176.3 bc 8° equates as 3176 bc. (3) The only numbers used are 28 and 24, from ...

Queen's Chamber

Queen's Chamber Queen's Chamber Khufu's pyramid is below the King's chamber and is of a similar size and shape but with the difference that it includes a niche. The chamber is constructed of smaller blocks with the walls made up of six blocks high, and the niche is formed from a gap of these six block layers. The gap starts at three cubits wide and reduces to one cubit with an angle of 12°. It has been stated that Khufu's chamber sarcophagus which measures 0.987m high, 1.051m wide and 2.276m long and with a volume of 16.5 cubits³ or 2.36m³ is connected by volume to a circle, 2 cubits and the golden ratio but what is the Queen's Chamber connected to?
