Down Tor Stone Circle

Down Tor Stone Circle Down Tor Stone Circle is a stone circle near Down Tor, Dartmoor. Also called Hingston Hill Cairn. Foggintor Quarry is not far to the northwest, where the stones could have been quarried, along with Down Tor, which is currently a national park. Crazywell Cross is to the north and Drizzlecombe to the south. Coordinates  50.506060,-3.994103 Description  Down Tor Stone Circle consists of a long stone row with a circle of stones at the end towards the southwest. This can be considered similar to Drizzlecombe in shape and construction, and is 2 kilometers away. Measurements  This tor and circle are angled at 22° towards the southwest, with the row at a length of 755 feet or 230 metres. Analysis  It is possible that Down Tor Stone Circle is similar to Drizzlecombe, which was shown to be possibly connected with the golden ratio and π or 9πφ together. The circle is 40 meters wide. If using the 22° on the circle towards the northwest, then all stones pair...

Tomb of Seti I

Tomb of Seti I

KV17 is located in the Valley of the Kings. Seti I died in 1279 BC. The tomb was discovered by the archaeologist and explorer Giovanni Belzoni in 1817.

Coordinates

25.740031, 32.601998

Description

Seti I had many buildings built, which included the Temple of Seti I in Abydos. KV17 consists of 17 chambers, corridors, and side rooms and is considered one of the largest.

There is a well near the entrance of the tomb; the corridor descends into the tomb and is designed similarly to other tombs. Decorations are found throughout most of the tomb. The tomb and side chambers are on the level of the well, with a further corridor that ends in a room at a lower level.

(The measurements given in official documents are used)

Total area of tomb: 649.04 sq m / 2373 sq cubits

Burial chamber width: 13.19 ft / 25.22 cubits

Distance to burial chamber: 290 ft / 88.382 m / 169 cubits

Distance to the end of the tomb: 570 ft / 173.74 m / 332.19 cubits

Entrance angle at 49° towards northeast

Analysis

The ratio of distances is 570 ÷ 290 = 1.965.

Assuming the burial chamber is equal and dividing that area by the area of the whole tomb produces the number 13.64.

13.19 × 13.19 = 173.98

2373 ÷ 173.98 = 13.64

The number 1.965 is near to 1.912 (cubits per metre), and using that number with the ratio of distances gives the overall distance as 554.5 feet in length. The ratio of the two areas gives a number of 13.64, which is near to half of a sidereal month (27.3 days). This is the time taken by the moon to orbit the Earth.

1÷0.523=1.912

290×1.912=554.5

2373 ÷ 173.98 = 13.64

13.19 × 13.19 = 173.98

This area of the burial chamber is near the overall length; both are in metres. So as to connect to a cubit the lenght would reduce by 15.5 ft. Current sunrise and sunset angles as 73° and 290°.

570 - 554.5 = 15.5

Current Sunrise 70°/73°

Current Sunset 289°/290°

Conclusion

The shorter length, using the number 1.912, produces a number 15.5 feet less. Using that number would also change the length and area size away from 173. It could also suggest that the number 15.5 could indicate an astrological or tilt connection as 1.55.

If using the total area of the tomb in cubits as 2373 and assuming a connection to the number 173 as 1-23 and 73, this would imply that the numbers are as measured.

Also, that 1.965 is correct and is 0.05 away from 1.912. This would give it a connection to the pyramids of Giza, and more likely to Khafre's pyramid built around 2473. This connection suggests the area of the tomb is 100 cubits less or area plus a century.

Here, it suggests a tilt connection of between 1° and 23°. This is a large area and likely not a star or even a constellation.

It can be deduced that there is a connection with the moon that aligns with the building of Khafre's pyramid. This could have seen the moon track between 1° and 23°. It is likely that this measurement is from a different location, like the Mortuary Temple of Seti I, currently at 33.5° towards the southeast.

The area divided by the length is equal to half a moon's rotation. The Tomb of Seti I at 49° minus the Mortuary Temple of Seti I at 33.5° equals 15.5. This suggests the two are connected.

2373 ÷ 173.98 = 13.64

49 - 33.5 = 15.5

If considering Seti I was born in 1319 BC, it suggests it follows through to his tomb, dying at the age of 40. The sunrise and sunset connections, at 73° and 290°, are for the current time and suggest this is forward aligned.

For the year 1319 BC, the angle would be 5.05° less and more. For the year 2373 BC, the angle would be 6.75° less and more. These two numbers do not appear in the calculations along with only 1319 BC. The sunrise and sunset angles align to 1985 and are included as 1.55 is connected.

Without the number 1319, the link to Seti I and the rest of the numbers connect to the year 2373, 1985, and the Sphinx's length away at 173 metres (this, though, is likely a much more recent connection). Because of this, it is likely that this tomb was extended to 173m, and only one part equals 13.19m wide. If using the shorter length of 554.5 ft or 169 metres, the ratio is maintained.

169 ÷ 1.912 = 88.389

This would then mean that the total area isn't 2373 cubits, but a smaller number: 2343 cubits.

√(2,343) = 48.40454

This suggests that the tomb was measured accurately. If this is the angle of the tomb's entrance and the number is 49°, then it is possible that the number should be 2400.

49 × 49 = 2400

Other connections to 1985 are unnecessary, and 2400 connects again to the pyramids, possibly as 2400 BC.

Assuming Seti I died in 1279 BC, then 1279 ÷ 0.523 = 2445.50669. If correcting, then the entrance angle is 49.05°. 2445 BC is likely the completion date of Khafre's pyramid. The correction is the cubit to each length. 2445.5 = 40 + 2405.5.

If using the shorter overall length of 554.5 ft, then the ratio of length in cubits is equal to the cubit per metre. The year 1279 links to the ratio and this new size.

323.158 ÷ 169.012 = 1.912

2,445.5 ÷ 1.912 = 1,279

This suggests it has been lengthened and has lost its ratio. The new size is not directly explained, and another room roughly 10 ft by 10 ft might exist.

2,445.5 - 2,373 = 72.5

2,445.5 - 2,343 = 102.5

This then deletes any connection to the moon and track. It is likely that the tomb has been altered, possibly a few times. This tomb connects to the cubit, metre and Khafre's pyramid.

A possible meaning, 'The angle of the path led to the time of being. The time of being is the tomb cubit ratio.'

Roman Amphitheatre of Uthina

Roman Amphitheatre of Uthina The Roman Amphitheatre of Uthina is located in Uthina , near Tunis, Tunisia .  Building for Uthina began in 40 BC and continued through to 135 AD. The amphitheatre may have been a later addition to what was already a large town.  Also located there were a fortress, cisterns, an aqueduct, a triumphal arch, a theatre, and a basilica with a circular crypt . Coordinates 36.608598,10.169214 Description The amphitheatre, partly buried, measures 113 by 90 meters. The arena measures 58 by 35 metres, giving surface areas of 7988 and 1539 square metres respectively.  There are four entrances, two main entrances at each end, with the seating area supported by three tiers of columns and arches. (Although these are no longer there, measurements and amphitheater descriptions rely on a complete building.) Measurements for the amphitheatre on site are 12 0 by 89 metres, with the arena measuring 67 by 36 metres. The surface areas measure 10680 an d 24...
