Down Tor Stone Circle Down Tor Stone Circle is a stone circle near Down Tor, Dartmoor. Also called Hingston Hill Cairn. Foggintor Quarry is not far to the northwest, where the stones could have been quarried, along with Down Tor, which is currently a national park. Crazywell Cross is to the north and Drizzlecombe to the south. Coordinates 50.506060,-3.994103 Description Down Tor Stone Circle consists of a long stone row with a circle of stones at the end towards the southwest. This can be considered similar to Drizzlecombe in shape and construction, and is 2 kilometers away. Measurements This tor and circle are angled at 22° towards the southwest, with the row at a length of 755 feet or 230 metres. Analysis It is possible that Down Tor Stone Circle is similar to Drizzlecombe, which was shown to be possibly connected with the golden ratio and π or 9πφ together. The circle is 40 meters wide. If using the 22° on the circle towards the northwest, then all stones pair...
La Venta
La Venta is a pre-Columbian archaeological site of the Olmec civilization located in the present-day Mexican state of Tabasco.
The Olmec were one of the first civilizations to develop in the Americas, and it was thought their spread through 1800 bc through to 200 ad was said to influence Mesoamerica culture. There are a number of Colossal Heads on site, some of which have been moved to the Parque-Museo La Venta.

Description
There are two ways or possibilities of describing La Venta, (1) a few sculpted heads and various stones remain of a long distance civilization who moved for whatever reason, (2) only a few sculpted head and various stones were ever produced with the pyramid being roughly shaped from the landscape following the only pyramids existing in 1800 bc, that of the Pyramids of Giza.
Analysis
It has been shown that there was a time when the Mesoamericas didn't follow European or Middle Eastern numbering units until it was shown that they were copying the numbers from European builds, possibly from interaction.
This would refer to the Caral Civilization or Norte Chico Civilization who were a complex pre-Columbian-era society from 3500 bc who didn't include tilt angle into their builds. At those locations, it was shown that they made reference to maximum tilt but not angle away, which would usually give the date (although angle away minus 20 gives the angle they used). Also there is a possibility that the Norte Chico site isn't as old as 3500 bc but built after 700 bc but also more likely 900-1200 ad because of a connection with modern day degrees, latitude and longitude.
Assuming the builders chose the location so it had a connection with the Moon, there could be a connection to the Minor standstill of 18.134°, the difference is 0.03051°.
18.134-18.103490=0.03051
As the number is less than Minor standstill tilt, it is short 0.03051° and can directly connect with tilt.
This makes it 19.68 years short of reaching the number 18.134 for Minor standstill.
0.03051÷1.55=0.01968
0.01968×1000=19.68
It is also possible that the major standstill is included and might be short from a certain distance, or the Moon node is included as 18.6 years.
18.6−18.103490=0.49651
0.49651−0.4651=0.03141
Rounding these numbers up (0.031) makes a difference of 5m/s from the rotation or 9m/s if using 0.03051°.
In a triangle of 1° and length 1968, the half perimeter is 1985, if using 0.49651° it reduces to 1976, which is 9 units short of 1985.
Conclusion
There is a connection between these builds as have been stated and builds after 900 ad tend to follow European numbers. There is also a connection with the use of not using tilt as a prominent dating measure but instead incorporating the alternative angle somewhere in the build.
It can also be said that they are accurate, and so as a subtraction from the equatorial rotation, it can be assumed that the site was chosen intentionally so as to depict a pyramid connected with the Minor Standstill.
