Gorsedd Circle

Gorsedd Circle The Gorsedd Cir cle is a stone circle in Fishguard, Wa les. T he Gorsedd Stone s are a Welsh tradition of modern stone circles constructed for the National Eisteddfod of Wales. These stone circles can be found at several locations, including Ab erdare Park and A nglesey. They are typically 20 meters wide and have 12 stones on the circumference with a level stone in the circle. A further stone is usually set back from the circumference, the central stone is called the Logan Stone. Coordinates 51.996431,-4.975040 Stone Circle  Gorsedd Circle is a typical stone circle but has 13 stones on the circumference with one inset. It was erected in 1936 and has the names of the parishes inscribed on each stone. Ceremony  During the opening ceremony, the Archdruid stands on the Logan Stone facing the Stone of the Covenant. Two stones mark the entrance and are called the Portal Stones. These mar k the midsummer and midwinter sunrises. Gorsedd Circle  (no edit) Archeology77 ©

Pyramid of the Sun Teotihuacán

Pyramid of the Sun Teotihuacán

Image in the public domain

The Pyramid of the Sun is located in Teotihuacan, Mexico. It was named by the Aztecs, but it is unknown what the Teotihuacanos called it.
It was believed to have been constructed about 200 ad and abandoned in 750 ad.

Although the Pyramid of the Sun is the largest building on site, it is the Pyramid of the Moon along the 'Calz de los Muertos' or Avenue of the Dead which has the main focus.
The avenue is at an angle of 75° towards the northeast and at right angles to this is both the Pyramid of the Sun and Temple of Quetzalcóatl, the distance between the two is 1200m, the distance from the Pyramid of the Moon is 767m.

Coordinates
19.692189,-98.842879

Dimensions
Length 220m (720 ft)
Width 224m (740 ft)
Height 65.5m (216 ft)

Shape
A common theme runs through the site for the pyramids as each is four layers, but the Temple of Quetzalcóatl may have had further layers. A band that splits layers is present in the Pyramid of the Sun's 3rd layer and the 4th layer in the Pyramid of the Moon.

Ratios
The ratio of the distance from each pyramid is about 1.55, but the total length is 1967m, which is 18m short from the number of 1985, another 18m could reach the far side of the temple.
1200÷767=1.565
1200+767=1967m
At peak, the Sun/Moon pyramids are at 2° with the following area, the internal angles are as 10°/80°/90°.
Area = 51773m²
Perimeter = 1680.8m
The ratios of these are 30.82, a number from Khufu’s pyramid.
51773÷1680=30.82

Conclusion
If the differences total should be 1985m, then adding the 18m gives 1218m as it is the longest distance and 767m. This ratio then connects to the Major/Minor standstill a ratio of 1.58.
1218÷767=1.58
If the extra is added to the 767m as 785m, then the ratio is 1.529. If the extra was another 3m, it would give 1.523. This is another number from Giza and could explain the splitting of the 3rd tier of the pyramid. This could be interpreted as not quite '3'.
1200÷785=1.529
1200÷787.5=1.523
The Pyramid of the Sun and Temple of Quetzalcóatl align north/south at 15°.
There is also a splitting of a 4th tier and could mean a number slightly greater than 3. This could be π.

The equation of a sphere is 4/3πr³, if a radius of 1985 is used, it gives a volume of 3.28×10¹⁰.
This could suggest a conversion from kms to miles, but also, it could be ratios.
From the following it shows if using 384400 kms as the distance, the width and length gives different numbers, the difference of the length from 1761 is 13.73 and very near to the angle of the site in 1173 ad.
384400÷345=1114.2
1114.2÷10=111.42
384400÷220=1747
384400÷224=1716
1747-1716=31
1747-1761=13.73

15°−1.259°=13.742°

There are a few connections to Khufu's pyramid which is where they could of got their ratios from but there is also a connection with the Leaning Tower of Pisa with the numbers 1111.42/π/3328, it is possible that the site was enlarged when the Aztecs arrived after 1173 ad adding the connections. It might also be luck that they originally aligned the site at 15° at maximum tilt as this gave them 345° (360-15) but it is possible that a different site stood at that location and it was only enlarged using numbers from other builds.

Bachwen Dolmen

Bachwen Dolmen The Bachwen Dolmen burial chamber is located near Clynnog-fawr, Caernarfon, Wales. A number of cupmarks exist on the monument, it is notably wedge shaped and with this points out to sea at an angle of 28° towards the northwest. The support stones support this wedge on the sides so are also at 28°, the elevation is 24m. Coordinates 53.018891,-4.375356 Possibilities  There are three possible explanations for this chamber, (1) it is angled so as to align with the Major standstill or (2) it aligns with tilt and angle away for date or (3) two numbers are used and connects with a date. (1) The Major standstill is currently 28.725°, for it to be this, there must be a further stone to give Minor standstill, difference in between or 0.725° as it isn't measurable to that accuracy. (2) More likely it is maximum tilt 20° and 8° tilt for that year. 8÷1.55=5.1613 5.1613×1000=5161.3 5161.3-1985=3176.3 bc 8° equates as 3176 bc. (3) The only numbers used are 28 and 24, from

Queen's Chamber

Queen's Chamber Queen's Chamber Khufu's pyramid is below the King's chamber and is of a similar size and shape but with the difference that it includes a niche. The chamber is constructed of smaller blocks with the walls made up of six blocks high, and the niche is formed from a gap of these six block layers. The gap starts at three cubits wide and reduces to one cubit with an angle of 12°. It has been stated that Khufu's chamber sarcophagus which measures 0.987m high, 1.051m wide and 2.276m long and with a volume of 16.5 cubits³ or 2.36m³ is connected by volume to a circle, 2 cubits and the golden ratio but what is the Queen's Chamber connected to?
