Only a few of the Neolithic stone structures are representive of stella objects. One of these is the Armenian Stonehenge (Constellation Carter and Hydra), it contains 223 stones.
Having been completed, it soon attracted the Romans who set about trying to destroy it, burying the pieces locally. Some details are lost due to this, but the general shape of the two constellations remains. Any alignment has been lost, leaving only its shape as a constellation.

Greek and Roman constellations originated from the Chaldea and Babylonian people.
Description
The Armenian Stonehenge is aligned north/south at maximum peak 1985. On the northern side, there is a circular part that has a room built underground. This room with corridors could be a religious prayer room.
Possibilities
From a possibility of which Chinese constellations conflicted with the rise of European interpretations of the Vermilion Bird and the Azure Dragon (which is a Chinese interpretation of the constellation of Carter and Hydra).

Dating to the 1st century bc, but using the build date of 36 bc in particular due to the increase in Roman expansion in this area.
The construction as a boundary had the purpose of depicting a constellation, with various alignments to stars for dating.

Conclusion
The build aligns at maximum tilt 1985, but at only 3° difference from 36 bc and the shape of the monument, this isn't very clear. The room underground is most likely a later addition, probably from the 13th century.
Due to the condition (but not entirely the condition over the years), it appears as only a constellation built by the Chinese.
There are stars that this build could align with, but there are parts missing from the monument to allow this to happen.
The stars that most fit for an alignment would have aligned between 10 and 20 bc. These stars are part of the Orion constellation. The circle, possibly because it was added later, was an event that no longer exists.
A typical build of this size might have taken 2-3 years to build.
